Shipping Origin & Carriers
All orders are dispatched from Bali, Indonesia using one of the following services: Indonesia Post, Urshipper x FedEx, or Urshipper x DHL.
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you within 24–48 hours.
Once your parcel is in the hands of the shipping provider, Wohpe Jewelry is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
Shipping Options & Rates
Free shipping within Indonesia on all orders.
Free worldwide shipping for international orders over US $300
Standard & express shipping options:
Economy shipping 1–4 weeks via registered Post Office – US $12
Standard shipping 7–8 business days via Urshipper x FedEx – US $18
Worldwide express 2–3 business day via Urshipper Fedex or DHL-US $28
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include customs clearance delays.
Orders via Post office usually do not take more than 10 days but please note that delivery times can vary and are beyond our control.
Order Changes & Cancellations
To update your address or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@wohpejewelry.com. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified.
Non-Delivery Due to Unclaimed Parcels
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected (e.g. from a post office or courier pickup location), the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the fee to reship the item.
Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
Wohpe Jewelry is not liable for packages misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
We are happy to help you file claims with the courier, but any resulting costs will be the customer's responsibility.
