Shipping Origin & Processing

All orders are dispatched from Greece.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you within 24–48 hours.

Shipping Options & Rates

Shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and available delivery service.

We currently offer domestic shipping within Greece and international shipping.

Free worldwide shipping on orders over €300.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider and customs clearance.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To update your address or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@wohpejewelry.com. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified.

Non-Delivery Due to Unclaimed Parcels

If a package is returned to us because it was not collected or accepted by the customer, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and any costs to reship the item.

Lost Packages & Delivery Issues

Wohpe Jewelry is not responsible for packages delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
