Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unworn, and returned in original Wohpe Jewelry packaging.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
A US $22 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds (except in cases where the item was incorrect or defective due to our error)
If the return is not due to our error, any shipping costs originally covered by Wohpe Jewelry (such as free or discounted shipping) will also be deducted from the refund.
For exchanges, customers are responsible for both the cost of returning the item and the shipping fee for the replacement unless the exchange is due to a fault on our part
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
Sale items and discontinued styles (discontinued styles are clearly marked on the product page)
Custom-made pieces
Items that appear used, worn, or are returned without original packaging
How to Return an Item
To begin a return, email us at info@wohpejewelry.com. We will respond within 48 hours with detailed return instructions.
Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition with all packaging intact.
If the return is due to our error (e.g. a defective or incorrect item), we will fully reimburse the product cost and standard return shipping.
If your return is not due to an error or defect on our part, any shipping costs we initially covered will be deducted from your refund.
Please package your return carefully using a rigid box or padded envelope, and consider adding shipping insurance. We are not responsible for damage incurred during return transit.
Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, determined by the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If the customer refuses to pay these charges and the item is returned to us, the order is not eligible for a refund, and the item cannot be reshipped.
Chargebacks & Bank Disputes
We are committed to resolving any concerns directly with you. Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may cause delays in resolution. If a chargeback is found to be invalid, any associated fees will be the customer's responsibility.
